Our Government Contracts and Public Procurement Practice Group Morrison Foerster’s Government Contracts and Public Procurement Practice Group represents clients in a wide array of industries and with all types of government contracts and public procurement matters, including bid protests, contract‑related litigation, negotiations, investigations, compliance with federal and state laws, technology licensing, cybersecurity, and the contractual aspects of M&A transactions. Learn more about the team and the work you can do at Who You Are Morrison & Foerster’s Government Contracts practice is seeking one junior and one mid‑level experienced, lateral associate to join our growing and vibrant team. You have 2–6 years of government contracts experience in litigation, counseling, advisory and/or transactional matters. You have outstanding writing and analytical skills and top academic credentials. You are admitted to the District of Columbia bar or are able to waive into the District of Columbia bar.
