Junior Staff Accountant Location: Davie, FL Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 (Depending on Experience) Launch Your Accounting Career While Supporting a Meaningful Mission Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience while making a difference? Our nonprofit organization is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Staff Accountant to support an exciting accounting software implementation project. What You’ll Do Assist with the implementation of a new accounting software system by entering and validating financial data Perform high-volume, accurate data entry of accounting and financial records Review information for completeness and accuracy before importing into the new system Organize, update, and maintain financial records and supporting documentation Work with Excel to update spreadsheets, track information, and reconcile data Support the accounting team with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks Help ensure a smooth transition during this important organizational project What We’re Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or currently pursuing an accounting degree preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and repetitive data entry tasks Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and eagerness to learn Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry experience is a plus, but not required Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Gain valuable accounting experience in a nonprofit organization Be part of a major software implementation project that impacts the entire organization Develop experience with accounting systems and financial data management Receive training and mentorship from an experienced accounting team Build a strong foundation for future accounting and finance career opportunities Join a mission-driven organization where your work directly supports the community #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
