The Ohio State University’s James Center for Community Outreach and Engagement seeks a Patient Navigator Specialist to guide patients through cancer care, from screening to post-treatment, ensuring timely access and supportive services. The PN works with care teams to foster respectful, diverse, and ethical care. The PN conducts assessment of barriers, connects patients to resources, documents encounters, and helps empower patients to self-navigate and participate in trials when appropriate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ohio State University
