• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick methods
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous welding experience required
• Ability to pass a welding test (if applicable)
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Knowledge of welding tools and equipment
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in a manufacturing or shop environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Germantown, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
