Candidates must reside locally or be open to relocation. About the Role We are seeking a visionary Talent Acquisition leader to help define how we attract, engage, and retain top talent. What You'll Own Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Build scalable talent pipelines across corporate, creative, merchandising, planning, sourcing, marketing, eCommerce, retail, and executive functions. Lead workforce planning initiatives in partnership with senior leadership. Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs, hiring metrics, and performance benchmarks. Elevate employer brand awareness and create a best-in-class candidate experience. Develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies that attract top talent across multiple channels. Position the organization as an employer of choice within the fashion, retail, and consumer products industries. Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders on talent strategy, market trends, compensation intelligence, and hiring best practices. Partner with Talent Management to support succession planning and future leadership development. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Oversee executive search partnerships, agency relationships, university recruiting programs, internships, and contingent workforce programs. Manage recruiting technology platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo, Greenhouse, and related systems. Partner with immigration counsel and relocation providers to support domestic and international talent acquisition efforts. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree required. 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience. 5+ years of leadership experience managing Talent Acquisition teams and functions. Must have Fashion, Apparel, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle Brand, Beauty, or Consumer Products industry experience. Proven success leading enterprise-level recruiting strategies within the fashion, apparel, retail, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer products industries. Strong executive recruiting and workforce planning experience. Demonstrated success building employer branding and talent attraction strategies. Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations. Expertise utilizing recruiting analytics, KPIs, and talent acquisition technologies. Experience supporting international recruiting initiatives is a plus. Exposure to visa sponsorship, immigration, and relocation programs preferred.
