Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience required.
Experience performing resident evaluations, establishing plans of care, and documenting functional long- and short-term goals.
Experience working under physician orders and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams in a long-term care setting.
Ability to perform therapeutic procedures and modalities according to protocols and precautions.
Preferred: experience with restorative nursing programs and working with geriatric populations.
