RF Design Engineer

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the RF Design Engineer will design in-building wireless systems for DAS deployments, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with carrier specifications to enhance LTE and 5G performance. Key responsibilities Design in-building wireless systems for DAS deployments Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, and project managers throughout project delivery Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and carrier standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field iBwave Level 3 Designer certification Experience designing in-building wireless systems, including DAS and small cell solutions Prior experience working with T-Mobile on in-building wireless or DAS projects Proficiency using iBwave for DAS design work
