Key Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy in accordance with physician orders and treatment plans
• Operate and maintain Elekta HD and Versa HD linear accelerators
• Utilize Mosaiq software for documentation and workflow management
• Guide patients through each step of their treatment, addressing questions and providing reassurance
• Coordinate care closely with oncologists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to rigorous safety and quality standards
• Document procedures, treatment doses, and patient responses accurately

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy required or eligibility to obtain
• 2+ years of prior experience preferred, though recent graduates are also welcome for consideration
• Familiarity with Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq systems highly desirable
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
