Job Summary The HR Generalist/Recruiter is a full‑time, exempt position reporting to the Director of Human Resources. The HR Generalist provides professional‑level support in achieving facility and departmental goals, including recruitment, employee relations, retention initiatives, employee engagement and regulatory compliance. Job Duties/Responsibilities The HR Generalist/Recruiter is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Resources with employee relations matters, managing full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding (sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, coordinating new‑hire orientation, maintaining employee files, and performing other duties as assigned). Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration or related field, with 1–3 years of work‑related experience. Healthcare environment is a plus. Licensure/Certification: Preferred: HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional Certification (SHRM‑CP).
