Mansfield, TX | Full-Time | Dental Office

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Masterfully schedule and confirm patient appointments (aka dental Tetris)
• Greet every patient like they’re your favorite cousin
• Answer phones like a pro - no robots here!
• Keep the schedule organized, productive, and running smoothly
• Help with insurance verification and patient financial questions when needed
• Keep things running smoothly when the phones are ringing, patients are checking in, and your to-do list is trying to grow legs

️‍♀️ Who We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of dental experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Someone with a warm, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys intereacting with patients
• A natural multitasker who can answer the phone, greet a patient, and remember what they were doing before both happened
• Organized, dependable, and detail-orientated
• Comfortable learning new things and jumping in to help the team
• Most importantly, someone with a great attitude and the right personality. We can teach systems and proceses; personality is much harder to train.
