Pool Service Technician

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain residential swimming pools
• Test and balance pool water chemistry (training provided)
• Inspect pool equipment and report potential issues
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Use a mobile app to document completed work
• Drive a company vehicle between customer locations
• Represent Beach Bros Pools with professionalism and integrity

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Is dependable and arrives on time
• Maintains a professional, positive attitude
• Enjoys working independently while staying accountable
• Takes pride in producing quality work
• Communicates respectfully with customers and teammates
• Pays attention to detail
• Is willing to learn new skills and accept coaching

Previous experience in pool service is not required . Experience in landscaping, construction, pest control, pressure washing, delivery, HVAC, automotive, warehouse, or other hands-on work is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work-related tasks
• Able to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including walking throughout the day, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
