Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and supporting daily office functions.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence.
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and update company databases as needed.
• Assist with preparing reports, forms, and other office documents.
• Process payments, invoices, and basic clerical duties when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
