Your primary focus will be performing restorative fillings chair-side with our dentist, with the expectation that your role will naturally evolve to include more traditional hygiene responsibilities as our practice grows. What You'll Do * Work chair-side with the doctor performing restorative fillings and hygiene responsibilities — x-rays, cleanings, and patient education — as the practice's needs develop. * Maintain accurate, legible dental records. * Communicate procedures to patients clearly and compassionately. * Uphold strict infection control standards. * Stay current with Oregon dental hygiene laws and regulations. * Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment. What We're Looking For * Active Registered Dental Hygienist license with Radiology and Restorative certifications (required). * 1+ years of clinical experience preferred — new grads with the right certifications are welcome to apply. * Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
