Business Analyst II - UAT

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Business Analyst II - UAT will support business initiatives through data analysis, user acceptance testing, and integration testing while enhancing operational reports and facilitating coordination between business units. Key responsibilities Support business initiatives by analyzing data, identifying implementation barriers, and conducting user acceptance testing of new systems Identify and analyze user requirements and processes to recommend improvements and assist with implementation Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units to enhance performance management and operational reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare Experience with SQL scripting and managed care information systems is ideal Previous structured testing experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred Project management experience is a plus
