We are looking for a Project Manager in Laurel, MD.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the oversight of all construction efforts at a large project site.Provides oversight of construction-related activities for contractsPerform all project management tasksDay-to-day project management for construction and service projectsCoordination with customers, schedule review and design reviewDevelop solutions to construction problems or existing conditions encountered in the fieldReview contractor submittals for contract performanceProvide aid throughout the acquisition phases of projects including: answering offeror questions, attending/participating in site orientation visits, attending/participating in joint contractor/gov't meetingsDraft technical responses to any change ordersPrepare statement of work and cost estimate for new contracts and contract modificationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.Minimum of 10 years project management work experience on commercial or government constructions projects.PMP or other project management certificateMust have active Secret Clearance - RequiredThis contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
