Key responsibilities Designing static ad creatives and carousels focused on performance for paid social platforms Supporting campaign and promotional design needs, including sale banners and seasonal creative Collaborating with creative strategists to produce assets that meet specific brand guidelines and performance metrics Required qualifications A portfolio showcasing DTC or direct-response graphic ad creative designed for performance Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Canva, and AI image tools Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout as performance tools Ability to manage multiple brand identities and handle concurrent briefs effectively Comfort in a feedback-driven environment, embracing revision rounds as part of the creative process
