New Business Development Manager

Account Executive – Managed Services SpectrumVoIP | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX OTE: $150K–$250K | Base: $50K–$75K SpectrumVoIP is building its MSP practice and needs a hunter. You'll own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to close — across SMB to mid‑market accounts. We want someone who's been in the trenches of real MSP work, equally comfortable closing a 20‑person insurance agency and a 500‑user infrastructure deal. What You'll Do Build and manage a diversified pipeline across SMB, mid‑market, and enterprise Sell the full MSP stack: endpoint management, M365, networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and helpdesk Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal, and close Develop relationships with business owners, IT managers, and C‑suite decision‑makers Hit monthly and quarterly MRR targets across deal sizes Represent SpectrumVoIP at networking events and client meetings What You Bring 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in MSP or managed IT services Track record closing $3K–$10K MRR (SMB) and $25K+ MRR (enterprise) deals Working knowledge of RMM, PSA, and service desk operations Technical fluency to scope endpoint, network, M365, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions Experience with CRM tools (ConnectWise, HubSpot, or similar) Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMMC, cyber insurance) is a plus Existing regional SMB/mid‑market network is a plus Requirements Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and home office setup Reliable broadband internet and a computer Proficiency in HubSpot, ConnectWise, and MS Office Willingness to travel within assigned territory Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision — eligible after 30 days 100% employer‑paid HDHP coverage for employee + HSA contribution 401K with matching Flexible PTO, paid holidays, sick leave, and parental leave Referral program and paid training / LMS #J-18808-Ljbffr SpectrumVoIP
