The Role - The Customer Service Coordinator is key in helping to drive the business through the assistance of enhancing our customer experience. Key functions include being the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Also, following up on action items including but not limited to inventory, payment, delivery, and quality issues. This person will partner cross-functionally with Ops, Logistics, and Sales to establish optimal processes, improve CSAT levels, and ensure the best experience possible. Reports to Senior Customer Service Manager
