Associate Scientist l (SST) (Full-Time/Entry Level)
$17.25 per hourEurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Entry-level laboratory scientist position supporting seed science testing operations. Responsibilities include performing sample analyses, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with lab maintenance while ensuring quality results and process efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform sample analyses and evaluation tests following AOSA, Canada, or ISTA protocols
- Document test results accurately and ensure data quality and timeliness
- Execute TZ tests and tetrazolium evaluations according to work instructions
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies; manage inventory needs
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Requirements
- High school diploma and demonstrated science aptitude
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs
- Commutable distance to River Falls, Wisconsin location
- Society of Commercial Seed Technologists certification (preferred)
Compensation: $17.25/Hr
