Recovery Case Manager — Housing & Self-Sufficiency
Salvation Army Tucson
The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager at Hope House in San Francisco to oversee a caseload of up to 25 participants, conduct intake interviews, and develop individualized transition plans. You will coordinate with partner agencies and monitor progress to support housing and recovery goals.
