EUC Lead

We are hiring an EUC Lead to own end-to-end vulnerability remediation operations, lead endpoint security and patch remediation initiatives, and coordinate remediation teams across enterprise environments.

• Own end-to-end vulnerability remediation operations .

• Lead remediation of Critical, High, and Medium vulnerabilities identified through Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management .

• Review exposure scores, vulnerability trends, patch compliance, and remediation effectiveness.

• Drive monthly remediation planning and prioritization.

• Manage Defender Analysts, Intune Engineers, Packaging Engineers, and Citrix Engineers .

• Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, Application Owners, and Customer stakeholders.

• Develop remediation strategies for OS, browser, third-party applications, and Citrix environments.

• Review Security Copilot insights and remediation recommendations.

• Present executive dashboards, risk reports, compliance reports, and SLA metrics.

• Manage exception handling and risk acceptance processes while ensuring patching SLAs and compliance targets.
