We are seeking an experienced Deployment Lead to lead deployment planning, product launch activities, and portfolio conversion initiatives. The successful candidate will own the integrated deployment plan, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage cutover activities, and ensure production readiness across internal teams and external vendors.

• Lead deployment planning and execution for product launches and portfolio conversion initiatives from TSYS to TSYS
• Own the integrated deployment plan, master activities, workstream runbooks, dependencies, cutover activities, and readiness tracking
• Coordinate deployment activities across internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
• Plan and lead pre-conversion activities, mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution
• Coordinate production product launch activities, including pilot programs and customer rollout
• Manage environment collisions and dependencies across Cortez and non-Cortez workstreams
• Oversee the delivery and deployment of new product features introduced on the target platform
• Track deployment readiness, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and critical path activities
• Establish and maintain deployment governance throughout the product launch and conversion lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate deployment risks and escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during production implementation and cutover
• Provide executive-level reporting on deployment progress, readiness, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure all deployment activities are properly documented and aligned with organizational standards
• Lead post-deployment activities, validation, stabilization, and transition to operational teams

• Strong experience in deployment management, release management, and production implementation
• Experience leading complex product launches, platform conversions, or enterprise deployments
• Strong knowledge of cutover planning, mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production readiness
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and governance management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience preparing executive-level status reports and deployment updates
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment
