NeuroPsych Account Specialist - Minneapolis South MN

Responsibilities
- Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
- Execute territory sales strategies meeting objectives via in-person and virtual communications
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
- Collaborate with internal teams including managed care, marketing, and medical science liaisons
- Maintain full field presence Monday-Friday with occasional evening or weekend availability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or related field
- Minimum 4 years commercial pharma/biotech experience; 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical or neurology sales preferred
- Psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic medication experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva, or similar business systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reside within assigned geographic territory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with regulatory healthcare knowledge
