Oncology Account Specialist - Minneapolis South

AstraZeneca seeks an Oncology Account Specialist for the Minneapolis South and Iowa region to engage healthcare providers on genitourinary cancer treatments. The role involves clinical selling, account planning, and educating healthcare professionals on product efficacy, safety, and companion diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Learn account priorities and local clinical trends relevant to specific tumor types
- Conduct opportunity assessments and identify multidisciplinary customers across the patient journey
- Develop tumor-focused business plans with engagement strategies for key account partners
- Educate healthcare providers on efficacy, safety, dosing, and companion diagnostic testing
- Collaborate with peer field team members to identify cross-brand engagement opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years sales or commercial experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Oncology sales experience in genitourinary, gynecology, prostate, urology, or bladder cancer
- Ability to analyze and communicate complex clinical information
- Track record building customer relationships across in-person and virtual channels
Compensation: $132,756-$228,954 base plus short-term incentive bonuses, equity awards, and sales commissions
