Job Responsibilities Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory testscovering areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are calibrated and maintained.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for various tests as required.
• Document all procedures thoroughly, mentor new team members or interns, and uphold high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe working environment, adhering to necessary regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification during your tenure with us.
