Accounts Payable Specialist

Salary: $50,000-$55,000 per year

What your future day will look like:

Process vendor invoices accurately, including three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.

• Review invoices for proper approval, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
• Resolve discrepancies by working closely with purchasing, warehouse teams, and vendors.
• Prepare and issue vendor payments via ACH, wire, and check according to agreed terms.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, cut-off procedures, and aging reports.

Type: Direct Hire

• To be a champion in this role, you will need:
• 2+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing or structured environment
• Experience working within an ERP system, with SAP experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and AP workflows
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Organized, accountable work style with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
