About the role The Spa Manager-in-Training (MIT) program at Four Seasons is designed to bridge the gap between academic hospitality education and real-world leadership in a luxury spa environment. Over a 12–18 month period, participants gain hands-on experience through departmental rotations and operational leadership assignments, building expertise in spa operations, team management, and guest service excellence. The program provides exposure to all aspects of leadership, including a strategic project, mentorship from senior leaders, and ongoing feedback. Through this immersive experience, MITs develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards, preparing them for future roles as Assistant Managers within the spa division. What you will do Support daily spa operations including reception, reservations, scheduling, and back-of-house processes to ensure smooth, efficient service. Oversee inventory, supplies, and facility upkeep, maintaining cost control and high operational standards. Supervise, coach, and support team members while assisting with hiring, training, onboarding, and performance development. Deliver exceptional guest experiences by engaging with clients, resolving concerns, and ensuring service excellence. Help drive revenue through retail promotion, upselling services, and supporting marketing initiatives and events. Partner with spa leadership to manage staffing, training programs, and financial performance metrics including budgets and labor costs. What you bring A college degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven exceptional performance in your current role, demonstratingleadership potential. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency inEnglish (additional languages are a plus). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationshipswith guests and colleagues. High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactivemindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, andholidays, based on business needs.
