Production Supervisor

Job Description We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Oakdale, CA . Details of the position are as follows: Pay is $30.76 – 42.30/hr 4–month assignment with the potential extension based on performance and budget. Monday – Friday Lead team members to execute daily production plans that meet quality, productivity, and cost standards. Identify operational issues or bottlenecks and lead structured, team‑based problem‑solving efforts to resolve them. Monitor production performance to ensure established standards are maintained. Support employee development through training, coaching, and performance feedback. Drive execution and sustainment of standard work to achieve daily direction-setting results. Lead shift handoff meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment between shifts. Qualifications HS Diploma/ GED is required (B.A. degree is a plus!). 3–5 years supervisory experience preferred. Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment is a plus. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
