This role is responsible for managing communications, coordinating workflows, and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of legal inquiries and documentation.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused, with the ability to manage sensitive information and navigate multi-jurisdictional processes effectively.Essential Duties:Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and inquiriesCommunicate with clients regarding case status, documentation, and timelinesCoordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issuesReview, route, and track legal documents (e.g., complaints, motions, court orders)Monitor escalated matters through resolution, maintaining accurate records and audit trailsEnsure timely, professional, and compliant responses to all inquiriesPrioritize and manage daily workflow to meet deadlinesAssist in drafting client communications, reports, and summariesTransmit legal documents and correspondence to clientsProvide regular updates on task status and escalating issues as neededSupport continuous improvement efforts related to client service and escalation processesStay current on state-specific legal requirements and procedureKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentClient-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionWorking knowledge of legal processes and documentationProficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Collection Master (CLS) or similar case management/database systemsAbility to collaborate effectively across teamRequirementsEducation and Experience:2+ years of experience in a legal, banking, collections, or business environmentPrior client service experience requiredParalegal experience or background preferredExperience in collections or financial services is a plusWhat We OfferBlitt and Gaines, P.C. offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:Competitive base payPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysComprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insuranceShort-Term Disability401(k) retirement planProfit sharingProfessional growth and advancement opportunitiesSalary Description$20 - $24
