RN Registered Nurse

Overview A full-time, on-site nursing professional is needed to provide comprehensive health services within a K-12 school environment. This role involves supervising the secondary nursing office on campus and primarily managing an elementary caseload, with occasional support for middle and high school students. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student health and well-being in a supportive educational setting. Responsibilities Provide general health office services, including assessment, treatment, and health education for students. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the secondary nursing office on campus. Manage and support a primary caseload of elementary school students, with occasional duties involving middle and high school students. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to address student health needs. Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with school health policies. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with experience in a school nursing setting. Familiarity with health issues affecting children from elementary through high school levels. Strong organizational and supervisory skills to manage nursing office operations effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and with compassion to students, families, and staff. Commitment to student health, safety, and confidentiality.
