You’ll partner closely with hospital leadership to ensure consistent medical standards while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative environment. Medical Leadership Provide oversight of medical and surgical cases Establish, uphold, and evolve medical protocols and standards of care Support continuity of care across doctors Guide diagnostics, treatment planning, and client communication Ensure the hospital remains inspection‑ready at all times Mentorship & Leadership Development Mentor and support associate veterinarians Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and performance development Partner with leadership on training, CE tracking, and licensure Promote a respectful, team‑first culture Practice Operations & Growth Support efficient workflows and operational improvements Encourage client education, compliance, and patient visits Participate in hospital initiatives and community engagement Help guide the practice through an upcoming leadership transition Compensation & Benefits Generous personal pet care discounts CE allowance, paid licensure, and membership dues Paid vacation and sick time 401(k) with employer match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Up to $30,000 sign‑on bonus!
