REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

ACTIVE NEVADA PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE REQUIRED. What You'll Be Doing As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll manage and service a book of personal insurance accounts while working closely with clients, carriers, and our internal team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Building strong, long-term relationships with clients Providing proactive, personalized customer service Managing personal lines accounts including Home, Auto, Umbrella, Personal Articles, and other personal insurance products Processing policy changes, endorsements, documentation, and other service requests Quoting and assisting with new personal lines business Reviewing policies and identifying potential coverage gaps or additional insurance needs Assisting with renewals, remarketing, and coverage reviews Communicating directly with insurance carriers and underwriters Following up on inspections, applications, documentation, and outstanding items Maintaining accurate and detailed client and policy records Assisting clients with the claims process and helping them understand next steps Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and agency processes Collaborating with the team to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and exceptional service What Makes Someone Great in This Role?
