In this role you’ll translate complex cost and schedule data into clear, actionable insight for program leadership, ensuring our Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) practices meet Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), ANSI/EIA-748, and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) expectations. Clear communicators who turn complex technical data into compelling executive‑level narratives. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the implementation and execution of EVMS policies and practices. In coordination with the Director of Surveillance, support internal and external surveillance, audits, and reviews. Develop, implement, train, and maintain EVMS processes and tools. Support the organization’s EVMS talent development, performance management, and business strategy. Assist programs in operational decisions and provide advice on enhancing the performance of the portfolio of projects. Align and integrate material management and manufacturing practices with traditional scheduling and EVMS best practices for improved program management solutions. Utilize expert domain knowledge to develop advanced concepts, techniques, solutions, and standards. Support the EVM Team by providing a thorough understanding of EVMS, deliverable content, issue identification/resolution. Regularly interact with senior executive leadership regarding strategic matters. Interface with Program Managers, Contracts, and Senior Technical Personnel, as well as other organizations. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). 3+ years of experience applying DFARS requirements. 3+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, charts, filters, linking worksheets). Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree or higher. 3+ years of experience working with ANSI/EIA-748. Working knowledge of EVMS Standards. Understanding of CDRLs and experience compiling compliance metrics to support DCMA audits. Experience with corrective action request (CAR) closures. Experienced (Level 3) Summary pay range for CA; PA; WA: $96,900 - $131,100. Experienced (Level 3) Summary pay range for AZ; MO: $90,950 - $123,050. Experienced (Level 3) Summary pay range for OK: $85,000 - $115,000. Senior (Level 4) Summary pay range for CA; PA; WA: $122,400 - $165,600. Senior (Level 4) Summary pay range for AZ; MO: $114,750 - $155,250. Senior (Level 4) Summary pay range for OK: $107,100 - $144,900.
