Customer Experience Project Manager

To support client contact center launch efforts, the full-time Customer Experience Project Manager will manage stakeholder communication, document CX-specific requirements, and analyze business processes, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and clients to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals Document and verify all CX-specific requirements, including impacts, timelines, risks, and issues Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to align with CX objectives Required qualifications 3 years of experience in contact center launch and/or operations 3 years of practical project management experience, including generating and maintaining standard PM artifacts 5 years of business analysis experience, particularly in eliciting and validating requirements through client-facing sessions 5 or more years of Medicaid experience with exposure to relevant domains such as claims and financials Strong facilitation skills and experience in requirements gathering and documentation Virtual Vocations Inc
