Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated sales professional to fill the position of Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall sales effort of multiple branches and Sales Representatives within a region.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop a strategy to increase sales and customer base
• Manage multiple Sales Reps across multiple sales territories
• Contributes to the development of the annual revenue budget for multiple sales territories
• Develops and manages operational budget for sales effort 
• Responsible for meeting sales revenue objectives
• Creates and maintains sales processes and procedures 
• Establishes and maintains sales areas for Sales Reps 
• Helps develop and maintain customer relations
• Generates quotes and review quotes of sales staff
• Recruits and maintains capable sales staff
• Responsible for training and development of sales staff
• Ensures safety of both the workplace and workforce
• Adheres to and enforces all company policies and procedures

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Must be self-motivated, high-energy and have the desire to be successful.
• High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years of industry or sales management experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM software a plus.
• Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
