Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Overview The Bilingual HR Generalist oversees daily operations of the Human Resources department, including hiring, interviewing, administering compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. You’d support roughly around 90-100 employees. Responsibilities May supervise scheduling, assignments, and workflow of HR staff. May support timely and constructive performance evaluations. Monitor and document compliance with training, education, and work assessments. Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring qualified candidates in coordination with managers. Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility. Administer new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. Execute HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, investigations, performance management, safety, and morale. Address employment-related inquiries and escalate complex matters as needed. Participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of HR management experience preferred.
