Vice President, Commercial Operations

The Vice President of Commercial Operations will direct a high-performing internal consulting and commercial operations organization, delivering strategic solutions that optimize execution across the national sales force. Spearhead high-impact initiatives and drive alignment across the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT). Oversee and guide a highly leveraged national infrastructure group that empowers the business through three core pillars: Sales Strategy (territory alignment, compensation planning and deployment, productivity analysis), Commercial Enablement (commercial sales training, major corporate, technology resourcing, contracting/RFPs), and Data & Insights (advanced analytics and regional reporting). It is highly preferential that the successful candidate is located near-site to one of the following Quest locations: Secaucus, NJ; Clifton, NJ; Marlborough, MA; Tampa, FL; Wood Dale, IL; Irving, TX; or West Hills, CA. The successful candidate must also be able to travel 50%. Pay Range: $275,000 - $325,000/year + 35% Annual Incentive Plan + Long-Term Incentive Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
