Remote Banking Customer Support Specialist

Zions Bank is hiring a Call Center Service Representative for a 100% remote role in Idaho. You will handle inbound calls, provide product information, and help customers with banking solutions from your home office.

The position starts at $17.00 per hour, with a $0.75 per hour bonus after completing a Spanish language assessment and additional $0.75 per hour after six months based on performance, plus milestone bonuses across 6, 12, and 18 months.
