We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Medical Assistant to join a busy Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice. This role is primarily back office with opportunities to cross-train in front office functions. If you're proactive, team-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
Take patient histories and vital signs
Prepare exam and treatment rooms
Support providers and nursing staff with clinical duties
Schedule appointments and assist with patient flow
Verify insurance and patient information
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Collect co-pays and process payments
What We're Looking For
Medical Assistant experience required
OB/GYN or Maternal-Fetal Medicine experience preferred
Strong back-office skills; front-office experience is a plus
Positive attitude and excellent patient care skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and works well with a team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
