If these values describe how you approach your work, you'll thrive here. What You'll Do Help install residential (and some commercial) HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer comfort. Perform system installations with precision and efficiency. Handle challenges with creative and customer friendly solutions. Good communication with your lead and customers, building trust and long-term relationships. Maintain accurate Model/Serial number records, inventory tools/parts, and uphold safety protocols on every job. Go the extra mile: Leave every job site cleaner than you found it, follow up on customer satisfaction, and contribute ideas to improve team performance. What You Bring 2 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (residential focus preferred). Preferred if you have EPA certification and 06A Electrical License or Trainee card. Diagnostic and troubleshooting aptitude to address any challenges that may arise. Clean driving record and reliable transportation. Physical ability to handle the demands of the trade (lifting, climbing, working in varied conditions). Proven track record of pride in workmanship, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
