What You'll Do Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with top-notch quality and no excuses. Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers – explaining issues, options, and building trust every time. Execute clean, buttoned-up work that exceeds expectations, leaving job sites spotless. Respond fast to calls, adapt to challenges, and take initiative to get ahead of problems. Document everything accurately in Service Titan and collaborate with the team for seamless support. Bring reliability, professionalism, and that roll-up-your-sleeves energy to every shift. What We're Looking For A motivated self-starter who embodies our core values and thrives in a high-accountability, family-focused environment: Proven HVAC service experience (residential preferred) with strong troubleshooting skills. High standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and pride in workmanship. Positive attitude, dependable mindset, and the drive to step up without being asked.
