This on-site government facility provides obstetric and gynecologic services to an adult patient population across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows, supported by a team of 3 permanent MDs, 7 CNMs, RNs, NAs, scrub technicians, medical secretaries, NPs, and additional physicians, along with anesthesia coverage. Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with day shift and 24-hour call coverage requirements at a 1:3 call ratio.

The area offers clinicians on assignment access to a well-established arts and culture scene, including a historic railway depot cultural center and a museum honoring code talkers, alongside trading posts and galleries along a historic highway corridor. Outdoor recreation is available in the surrounding red rock formations, with opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and horseback riding, as well as nearby national monuments within roughly 90 miles. Rodeos, traditional dance performances, and a local flea market round out the range of activities available to clinicians during their time on assignment.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings on a day shift and 24-hour call basis, beginning ASAP on an ongoing basis. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 1:3 call ratio, with CNM support available. Clinical responsibilities encompass the full range of obstetric and gynecologic care across all assigned settings.
