Senior Administrative Assistant - Contract (Boston)

Insight Investment are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Boston office to support our Head of North American Distribution (based in New York). This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to play a key role in keeping a busy Distribution team running smoothly.

Working directly with the Head of North American Distribution and some of their most senior reports, the role will provide high-quality, centralised administrative support across day-to-day coordination, scheduling, travel, expenses and operational activity. It will suit someone highly organised, proactive and confident working at pace, who enjoys bringing structure, calm and consistency to a fast-moving environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 administrative support to the Head of North America Distribution, alongside targeted support for selected senior direct reports and their business priorities
• Manage busy diaries, scheduling, meeting coordination, events and day-to-day operational activity with accuracy and pace
• Own travel, expenses and T&E reporting, ensuring processes are completed smoothly, on time and in line with internal policies
• Coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones, anticipating clashes and helping to keep priorities moving
• Bring structure and consistency to a scalable support model, balancing efficiency with a high standard of service
• Act as a trusted operational partner to senior stakeholders, building strong working relationships and providing reliable support
