Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Harmony Health, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that showcase your clinical expertise and commitment to patient care:

• Implement and administer therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailoring these approaches to the specific preferences and circumstances of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to ensure high-quality care and legal compliance.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment efforts and enhance care outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment approaches and share insights that contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that can support their journey toward recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include a diverse range of patients from various backgrounds, encompassing individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Many of our clients may also present with co-occurring issues related to substance use or psychosocial stressors. You will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their challenges, empowering them through targeted therapeutic interventions that restore hope and improve their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this rewarding position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
