The Vice President of Enterprise Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the company's end-to-end operating platform, integrating customer service, manufacturing, supply chain, compliance, and business systems into a unified, scalable enterprise.

The Vice President serves as the operational architect of the organization, leveraging automation, AI, data, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve performance, profitability, and customer outcomes. Rather than managing functional silos, the VP designs and leads interconnected process flows that drive operational excellence across Silencer Central. This leader is responsible for building scalable systems, increasing throughput, improving service levels, reducing costs, mitigating risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling sustainable growth.

Working closely with Finance, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Executive Leadership, the VP translates strategic objectives into measurable operational outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities
Enterprise Operations Leadership:
• Provide executive leadership across manufacturing, customer service, supply chain, fulfillment, and other operational functions.
• Develop and lead high-performing teams capable of supporting current operations and future growth.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, operating rhythms, and accountability mechanisms to drive performance and execution.
• Optimize workforce planning, capacity planning, throughput, and resource allocation across operational functions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.
Customer Operations Leadership:
• Lead customer service and order management functions to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Establish scalable service models, quality programs, and workforce strategies that support growth and customer satisfaction.
• Partner cross-functionally to align customer operations with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Leadership:
• Oversee manufacturing, production planning, supplier management, fulfillment, logistics, and inventory strategies.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall operational performance.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure scalable, efficient production processes.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and demand-planning capabilities to support business growth.
Compliance, Quality & Risk Management:
• Ensure operational processes comply with all applicable regulatory, ATF/NFA, company, and customer requirements.
• Establish audit-ready operating procedures, documentation standards, and internal controls across customer service, order processing, manufacturing, fulfillment, and compliance workflows.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Executive Leadership to identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
Strategic Responsibilities:
• Translate corporate strategy into executable operational plans supported by clear programs, timelines, and accountability.
• Own cost structure optimization and operational profitability, including budget ownership.
• Identify process, technology, and organizational gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that improve speed, efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Leverage operational business intelligence capabilities that enable proactive decision-making.

Enablement Responsibilities
Organizational Effectiveness:
• Drive process standardization across manufacturing and operational functions.
• Develop training and knowledge management programs.
• Ensure alignment between manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, finance, sales, and executive leadership.
• Create accountability structures through KPI reporting, scorecards, and operational reviews.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the following:
1. Success in leading complex operations within a high-growth environment.
2. Direct ownership of operational and manufacturing P&L performance.
3. Experience leading manufacturing, supply chain, fulfillment, customer service and enterprise operations.
4. Proven ability to drive measurable cost and productivity improvements.
5. Thinks in terms of value streams and end-to-end systems rather than departmental silos.
6. Strong automation, systems, and data fluency.
7. Proven change leadership capabilities.
8. Strong financial acumen and KPI management expertise.
9. Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
10. Demonstrated success improving throughput, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
11. Experience leading demand planning, S&OP, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.

Job Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
• Experience leading multiple operational functions (manufacturing, supply chain, fulfillment, customer service, etc.)
• Direct experience leading leaders and building high-performing teams
• Budget and/or P&L accountability
• Demonstrated success driving operational improvements, scalability, and process optimization
• Experience working in a regulated or highly controlled operating environment
• Bachelor's degree required
Preferred:
• MBA or advanced business degree
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence certification
• Experience with enterprise systems, automation, AI, and business intelligence initiatives
• Experience leading customer service organizations
• Manufacturing leadership experience within a high-growth environment
• Experience with S&OP, demand planning, and inventory optimization

Compensation and Benefits:
We believe in transparent and equitable compensation practices. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for this role.
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensations and a comprehensive benefits package.
