About this position Description: Core Accounts Receivable Responsibilities Assist with end-to-end A/R processes, Monitor aging reports and help track outstanding balances Support follow-up on unpaid or underpaid accounts Research and resolve basic billing discrepancies and account variances Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to internal controls Communicate professionally with patients, internal teams, or payers regarding billing questions Learn and utilize billing and accounting software, including spreadsheets and practice management systems Key Skills Attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of insurance, coding, and payment rules Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic Excel and Microsoft 365 knowledge Basic accounting or finance knowledge Requirements: Education & Experience High school diploma Minimum 2 years billing or medical billing AR experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Colorado West Otolaryngologists PC
