Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to provide individual, family, and group therapy.

• Craft and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions designed to address each client's unique challenges and aspirations.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessment and safety planning, to support clients in times of acute need.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
