Child Support Call Center Agent

To support the New Jersey Department of Human Services, the full-time Child Support Call Center Agent will manage inbound inquiries regarding child support services, ensuring accurate information is provided while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Respond to telephone inquiries and concerns, adhering to approved procedures and guidelines Research and resolve customer inquiries related to child support payment histories and account information Document customer calls and communicate available services and resources effectively Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED Two years of high-volume call center or customer service experience Computer system experience with data entry and database documentation Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute Must have personal equipment that meets specified technical requirements, including dual monitors
