Join a major Oracle Cloud HCM transformation supporting a large U.S. federal-sector environment. This long-term initiative brings together experienced Oracle consultants across functional, technical, integration, data, and specialized HCM workstreams to deliver an enterprise-scale cloud implementation. The Time & Labor consultant will contribute specialized expertise while collaborating across the broader HCM program to take the solution from requirements and configuration through implementation and successful delivery.

What's In Store For You

• Long-term engagement: Initial 12+ month assignment with the potential for the broader program to extend significantly longer.
• Primarily remote: Consultants can be based throughout the United States.
• Periodic travel to the Washington, DC area will be required for key project activities such as kickoff, major implementation milestones, releases, or go-live activities.
• Project-required travel expenses will be covered.
• Opportunity to contribute to a major Oracle Cloud HCM implementation from the early stages through deployment and handoff.
• This position requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain the required U.S. Federal Public Trust determination . An existing clearance is not required.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Provide specialized Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor / Time & Attendance expertise throughout a large-scale implementation.
• Translate workforce time-management requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud configurations and processes.
• Configure and support time-entry functionality, rules, schedules, calculations, approvals, permissions, and related processes.
• Ensure Time & Labor functionality works effectively with connected HCM modules and external data sources.
• Partner with functional, technical, integration, and business teams to resolve cross-functional requirements and dependencies.
• Participate across the implementation lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration and process issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Communicate effectively with project leadership and business stakeholders, including challenging requirements or proposing alternatives when appropriate.

Are you an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor consultant ready to make an impact?

• Approximately 7+ years of relevant enterprise technology/consulting experience is preferred, with meaningful recent Oracle HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor / Time & Attendance .
• Recent Oracle Cloud/Fusion experience is essential; candidates should ideally have spent approximately the last 3–5 years working within Oracle Cloud environments.
• Experience participating in full lifecycle or cradle-to-grave Oracle implementations , from requirements and design through deployment and handoff.
• Strong understanding of Time & Labor configuration, rules, schedules, permissions, approvals, and integrations/dependencies.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups within complex implementation environments.
• Consulting experience with a major systems integrator, Big Four organization, or independent consulting practice is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, understand the broader project picture, communicate recommendations, and appropriately challenge requirements.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be willing and eligible to complete the federal background investigation required for a U.S. Federal Public Trust determination.
• Must be comfortable with occasional project-driven travel to the Washington, DC area.
