Psych Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, RN (Home Health Visits)
PRN/Per Diem | Hillsborough County, FL coverage
Trilogy Home Healthcare is an exciting place to be right now! We cover over 42 counties with 10 branch offices across the state of Florida. Depending on location, we can serve a census of anywhere between 250 - 1000 patients and growing. Due to our size, growth and footprint, there is plenty of room for advancement in all our branches. We are looking for experienced Registered Psych Nurses to provide the highest quality of care for our home health patients in a professional and compassionate manner. You will work with other disciplines needed to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate with their primary Doctor, Clinical Team Manager, and other team members to manage the patient’s care. Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
Minimum 1 year (BSN) or 2 years (ASN) Behavioral Health/Psych nursing experience and/or certification required.
1 year of experience in Acute Care and/or Med-Surg preferred
Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
